Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide holistic individual and group supervision to the clinical staff, including child and family therapists, counselors, case managers, and house managers, • Coordinate intake interviews, screening, assessment, goal setting, progress monitoring, advocacy, and referrals in conjunction with HC clinical community and correctional facility staff, • Provide clinical expertise, staff supervision, and training to treatment and administrative staff, • Ensure that there is adequate staff coverage for case management and the counseling team, • Facilitate clinical case conference meetings and multidisciplinary team intake meetings, • Work with staff to facilitate gender-responsive and trauma-informed group programming such as Seeking Safety, Beyond Anger and Violence, Circle of Safety, Parenting Journey, Beyond Trauma, and Women of Color-focused groups., • Review clinical records, assess client progress, and provide collaborative input concerning treatment activities (behavioral, academic, therapeutic, and psychiatric), • Collaborate with in-house and community resources to ensure seamless integration of services, particularly for those with acute and complex needs, • Work closely with the development department and executive staff to manage and evaluate client data and to complete reporting, • Promote consistent client engagement and retention in mental health, housing, and other services to address barriers to housing facility, • Facilitate mediation, case conferences, and house meetings, as needed, • Monitor client charting documentation according to agency standards, such as court reports, client case notes, service plans, and any documentation needed for timely service delivery, • Assist with developing policies, processes, procedures, and systems that meet regulatory requirements of the mental/behavioral health services, • Attend internal staff meetings, as well as related external meetings and trainings with resource partners, • Actively engage in complex problem solving, professional learning, collaboration, conflict resolution, and relationship building., • Perform additional department or agency-related duties or special projects as directed by the supervisor, the Senior Director of Programs, Chief Impact & Program Officer, or Executive Director. The Sr Program Financial Analyst demonstrates deep expertise in contract financial management. They lead and administer overall budget preparation/estimating and tracking expenditures against large complex contracts/programs. They are key members of the program management team and works directly with the Program Manager in defining the Contracts goals and objectives; and leads recommended actions to improve financial progress and performance. They have significant interface with the Program Manager, senior technical staff on the contract, as well as other functional organizations including Contracts, Subcontracts, Finance, Accounts Receivable, and Procurement. The Organization integrates transitional housing with mental health services delivered through the principles of the Health Realization Approach. The Regional Site Director is a senior, exempt, full-time leadership position responsible for the operational, programmatic, regulatory, and fiscal oversight of all POP shelter sites and the community resource center across the Bronx and Queens. The Junior Estimator/Buyout Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining budget control, schedule integrity, subcontractor accountability, and documentation accuracy throughout the construction lifecycle. Job Description The West Side Federation for Senior and Supportive Housing, Inc. (WSFSSH) Job Title: Area Manager The West Side Federation for Senior and Supportive Housing, Inc. (WSFSSH) is a community‐based organization whose mission is to provide safe, affordable housing with supportive services within a residential setting which enhances the independence and dignity of each person. WSFSSH develops and manages housing and provides social services for low‐income older persons, many of whom live with mental illness and/or have experienced homelessness. WSFSSH currently owns and operates nearly 2400 units in 29 buildings located in Manhattan and the Bronx. In this newly created position, the Area Manager will report to the Deputy Director/Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the oversight, smooth and safe operation of buildings owned and operated by WSFSSH. The Area Manager is responsible for implementing procedures and management best practices that ensure the effective and efficient operation of properties within established budgets and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and that allow residents to be stably housed. The Area Manager provides direction and leadership to a team of property managers who each oversee individual or groups of properties. The following list highlights the responsibilities of the Area Manager: • Provide overall direction and supervision of property management with oversight responsibility for management of a portfolio of properties., • Manage Property Management Team., • Ensure timely and accurate reporting for assigned properties including reports on portfolio health, vacancies, delinquencies, budget, staffing, auditing and inspections., • Work collaboratively with central Facilities team to ensure highest standard of excellence.
