Guest Relations Community Engagement • Actively engage with guests, building relationships and addressing complaints with a solutions-focused approach., • Reacts to and assists with recovery actions or rewards to negative/positive online reviews to maintain NAYA's community reputation, • Promote NAYA's catering services and assist in taking orders as needed ., • Can execute all catering and third party orders with ease, understanding the importance of on time delivery., • Make eye contact, greet guests warmly, and ensure the team upholds these standards. Financial Administrative Responsibilities • Utilize financial reporting tools to monitor and manage sales, labor, and other key metrics., • Perform cash counting, banking/deposit tasks, and manage discounts and promotions., • Handle guest incidents and worker's compensation reports when necessary. Additional Skills Abilities • Has mastered kitchen operations, COGS and labor management, line service and throughput, • Handle delivery issues and third-party dispatches promptly and efficiently., • Ensure the store is opened and closed following NAYA's opening and closing procedures., • Serve as a strong role model, earning team respect and providing coaching as needed. ++Who You Are++ • 2+ years of related leadership experience at a similar caliber concept, • Strong written and verbal communication skills.     The Director of Outlets of FB 575 at Aman New York is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of all hotel restaurants, lounges and bars and ensuring integration with the Aman brand. This role ensures seamless service delivery, financial profitability, and elevated guest and member experiences across multiple outlets. The Director of Outlets works closely with senior leadership to drive revenue, maintain brand standards, develop teams, and enhance the overall positioning of the hotel's Food Beverage program. This role requires the ability to motivate and inspire those around you, to access the best skills of each colleague to increase financial progress, and build a culture of integrity, composure, and humility. The Director of Outlets must strive to retain and develop a team with a singular goal of being the best. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Financial · Assist Director of FB in managing annual operating budgets for all outlets. · Monitor financial performance, ensuring revenue targets and cost controls are achieved. · Maximize opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and guest spend per head with training and initiatives. · Collaborate with Finance to track performance KPI metrics, Forecasting, and PL reporting. · Support Director of Finance to solve all accounting issues.
