Job Description Senior HR Field Representative Travel: Up to 50% Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Field Representative to provide hands-on human resources support across multiple locations. This position serves as a trusted HR partner to employees, managers, and leadership, with a strong focus on employee relations, workplace investigations, policy interpretation, performance management, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate is an experienced HR professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and building strong relationships with employees and leaders at all levels. This position requires the ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, resolve sensitive employee matters, and travel between assigned locations as business needs require. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers across assigned field locations., • Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters, workplace conflicts, complaints, performance concerns, and disciplinary actions., • Conduct objective, thorough, and well-documented workplace investigations., • Partner with managers and leaders on performance management, coaching, corrective action, employee development, and retention strategies., • Provide guidance and interpretation of company policies, procedures, and employment practices., • Ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently and fairly across assigned locations., • Identify employee relations trends and recommend proactive solutions to improve employee engagement, retention, morale, and workplace culture., • Partner with leadership to identify and address organizational, staffing, and workforce challenges., • Coach managers and leaders on effective communication, conflict resolution, performance management, and appropriate HR practices., • Support the consistent application of disciplinary and corrective action processes., • Maintain accurate, confidential, and well-organized employee documentation and investigation records., • Support HR compliance initiatives and promote adherence to applicable federal, state, and local employment laws., • Identify potential HR and compliance risks and escalate concerns to HR leadership when appropriate., • Collaborate with HR leadership and other HR functions on company-wide projects, initiatives, and process improvements., • Assist with employee engagement, retention, and workforce development initiatives., • Maintain a high level of professionalism, diplomacy, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee matters., • Travel to assigned locations, including overnight travel, to provide employee relations support, leadership coaching, investigations, and other HR services., • Perform other HR-related duties and special projects as assigned. Minimum Requirements • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience in employee relations., • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, HR certification, and professional experience., • Strong experience managing employee relations matters and workplace investigations., • Experience supporting employees and leaders across multiple locations or states., • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment practices, and workplace compliance., • Excellent conflict resolution, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills., • Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines., • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee matters., • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems., • Ability to build effective working relationships with employees, managers, and senior leadership., • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% as required by business needs., • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, if required for assigned locations. Preferred Qualifications • Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, including the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in both languages., • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification., • Experience supporting multi-site, field-based, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or staffing operations., • Experience working in a high-volume employee environment., • Experience conducting complex workplace investigations., • Experience coaching managers and frontline leaders., • Experience working across multiple states and navigating varying employment requirements., • Experience with HRIS, ATS, workforce management, or employee case management systems. #Corp-1 Work Environment This is a field-based HR position requiring up to 50% travel to assigned locations. Travel may include day trips and overnight stays. The position requires regular interaction with employees, managers, supervisors, and senior leadership across a variety of workplace environments, which may include offices, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, distribution centers, and other operational locations. The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently in changing environments while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and strong communication.
