Now Hiring CDL Drivers for MPC Bus Corp. in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ Why join as a Paratransit CDL Driver? For many reasons: • $23/HR, • $500 Sign on bonus*, • $500 Referral bonus*, • 40-hour work week, • Paid vacations, personal days & holidays, • Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(K) plan & company paid life insurance benefits, • Salary/Attendance bonus, • Safely operate a specialized vehicle to transport passengers with all levels of accessibility to their desired destinations., • Operating in Region 6 for Access Link, • Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, securing mobility devices, and ensuring their comfort throughout the ride., • Follow assigned routes and schedules, while maintaining strict adherence to traffic rules and regulations., • Exhibit exceptional patience, understanding, and empathy towards passengers, ensuring their needs are met with utmost care., • Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and any events that may occur during your shift., • Valid Class C CDL with Passenger Endorsement, • Minimum 3 years of driving experience., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to handle mobility devices and assist passengers with disabilities., • Must be at least 21 years old to apply., • All candidates must currently possess a valid New Jersey State Driver's license. *Conditions apply.
