As such, it's different than a large, impersonal institution, and is more like staying with your own family's elders (aunts, uncles, father/mother-in-law) all in one home together. Responsibilities • Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing, • Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises, • Prepare meals and snacks, • Housekeeping activities, • Dispense medication, • Provide companionship, • Willingness to learn and grow joyfully, empowering othersQualifications, • Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred, • First aid and CPR-certified, • Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills, • Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 Lbs), • Compassionate, respectful, ethical, • Written & Spoken English- Spanish is also Helpful

Position Summary: MedElite is seeking a detail-oriented Admin/HR Assistant to support our team with offboarding processes and general office tasks for employees. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, highly organized, and eager to support a fast-paced, service-driven team.
