Job Description JOB SUMMARY:The Merchant Loyalty Program Specialist is responsible for leading the execution and scaling of merchant loyalty program integrations to drive revenue growth and customer engagement. This role manages the full lifecycle of merchant partnerships, from initial scoping and onboarding through launch and ongoing optimization. The individual collaborates cross-functionally with business and technical teams to deliver seamless integrations and high-impact outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end implementation of merchant loyalty programs including scoping, onboarding, launch, and optimization, • Oversee API-based integrations, middleware solutions, and technical dependencies, • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery across multiple concurrent projects, • Drive initiatives to increase loyalty program adoption and customer enrollment, • Design and execute experiments to enhance redemption experiences and engagement strategies, • Measure and analyze the impact of loyalty programs on revenue and customer retention, • Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Strategy & Operations, Product, and Engineering teams, • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, • Align stakeholders and prioritize key initiatives effectively, • Define, track, and analyze KPIs related to program performance, • Identify performance gaps and recommend data-driven improvements, • Manage multiple projects, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectationsRequired Qualifications:, • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field, • 3–6+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Product Operations, Consulting, or Program Management, • Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams, • Strong project management and organizational skills, • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment, • Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle ambiguity, • Experience managing external partners or enterprise stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications:, • MBA or advanced degree, • Experience in marketplace, e-commerce, or loyalty/rewards programs, • Experience with product launches, integrations, or experimentation initiatives, • Familiarity with AI tools and workflows (e.g., Cursor, Claude Desktop) Education: Bachelors Degree Company DescriptionCompunnel Inc., established in 1994; is a leading provider of Staffing, IT/Software, e-Learning/Training, Business Intelligence, and Cloud Solutions.
