    Safety First Daycare is a licensed home childcare program seeking a part-time Daycare Assistant to join our warm, supportive, and family-style environment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on childcare experience while working closely with a provider who is building and growing the program. Initially, the position will cover Thursdays and Fridays, with a paid trial/shadowing day scheduled on a Monday–Wednesday. As enrollment grows, hours have the potential to expand to Mondays–Wednesdays. Responsibilities include: • Caring for children ages 2–13 (including 2 infants), with up to 6 children at a time, • Light cooking, food preparation, and regular cleaning, • Assisting with curriculum and daily activities, • Completing basic computer-based forms (food program, timesheets, etc.), • Helping with administrative tasks as needed, • Picking up children from after-school programs, • Must be authorized to work in the US Schedule & Requirements: • Typical hours: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (occasionally starting at 7:00 AM), • Comfortable working independently, • Must have active CPR & First Aid certification, • Must pass fingerprinting and background checks upon hire The position offers a competitive daily rate starting at $170/day (minimum wage).     The Center Coordinator ensures smooth, compassionate, and organized operations at their assigned North Porch location. Key Responsibilities Client Services • Schedule in‑person appointments for new clients and complete intake information., • Prepare supply packages for distribution, including diapers, wipes, formula, baby food, clothing, and other baby items., • Note any additional client needs and communicate them so the organization can search its network for resources., • Answer calls from current clients, confirm intake details, and prepare bags for scheduled pickup days., • Provide referrals to other agencies or programs when clients need additional support. Inventory Management • Prepare and submit monthly inventory reports to the Program Director by the required deadline., • Monitor supply levels and notify the Director when items are low or urgently needed. Donations • Record donor information and inventory all donations dropped off at the center., • Forward donor details to the Board Member responsible for thank‑you letters. Reporting • Submit monthly Inventory Reports to the Program Director., • Submit monthly Mother & Infant Number Reports to the Program Director. Agency & Host Location Relations • Respond to questions from current referring agencies., • Register new organizations as referring partners., • Maintain positive, professional relationships with host locations.     Early Intervention Service Coordinator Salary: Fee for Service at a rate of $13.50/unit(approx 55-65k) Location: Dyker Heights, Brooklyn/Hybrid Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The role of a Service Coordinator for Early Intervention combines the traditional case management activities of organizing and coordinating needed services with the philosophy of family-centered care. Our goal is to create opportunities for the provision of collaborative, community-based services for infants and toddlers with developmental delays and disabilities through assisting with identifying and prioritizing concerns, and developing plans based on those concerns. Thus, allowing the child and family to receive services that are authorized under the Early Intervention Program. • Oversee the completion of all required documentation and appointments to meet the goals of the Individualized Family Plan(IFSP) and ensure the services are delivered., • Demonstrates flexibility with case load management on an as needed basis. Provide extensive documentation for all encounters., • Once training is complete, maintain a case load of 30 to 40 cases., • Bachelor’s degree in heath or human services field of study or a minimum of 2 years of job-related experience providing service coordination or 1 year of service coordination and 1 year of experience in a service setting with infants and toddlers.
