Position Overview Compensation: $50,000–$55,000 per year The IT Administrator plays a critical role in maintaining and optimizing IT systems, supporting end-users, and driving efficiency through automation. This position requires strong expertise in scripting, Microsoft 365 administration, and cloud infrastructure, with a focus on streamlining processes and improving system performance. Success in this role depends on hands-on technical skills, problem-solving ability, and a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services and cloud technologies. What You Will Do • Manage and maintain servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure, • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, • Perform regular updates, patches, and backups, • Automate IT tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python), • Develop and maintain tools to improve IT workflows and reduce manual effort, • Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune, • Support and maintain cloud environments (Azure, AWS) including migrations and cost optimization, • Provide technical support to staff via helpdesk, email, and in-person support, • Configure hardware and software for new employees and maintain IT asset inventory, • Implement and monitor security protocols, access controls, and compliance standards, • Document procedures, scripts, and technical configurations, • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience), • 2+ years of IT administration or technical support experience, • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python, • Proficiency with Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365, • Experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud environments, • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Network+) preferred, • Medical, Dental, and Vision, • Health Reimbursement Account, • Flexible Spending Account, • 401(k) with 3% contribution regardless of employee contribution, plus Profit Share, • Generous PTO, Floating Holidays, and 10 Paid Holidays, • Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Life, and AD&D Insurance, • Part-time telecommuting option after 6 months of employment Powered by JazzHR MKn4uMwIhG
