Learn more at the Role We're seeking a People Analytics Specialist to join CoreWeave's People organization, focused on building and scaling analytical models that help us understand, predict, and optimize how we attract, retain, and grow our talent. This role blends applied data science with business acumen—you'll design statistical and machine learning models, leverage large and complex workforce datasets, and deliver actionable insights that inform decisions across hiring, engagement, and performance. You'll collaborate with HR, People Ops, and business leaders to develop scalable, data-driven solutions and frameworks that enhance organizational effectiveness. What You'll Do • Build and maintain predictive and prescriptive models related to workforce planning, retention, engagement, and performance., • Conduct advanced analytics and experimentation, such as regression modeling, clustering, forecasting, and causal inference, to surface actionable trends., • Partner cross-functionally with Data Engineering, People Ops, Finance, and IT to design data pipelines and integrate diverse data sources., • Develop and prototype LLM- or GenAI-powered tools to automate analytics and generate insight narratives., • Collaborate on the Workday HRIS migration and M&A data integrations, ensuring accuracy and integrity across systems., • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling stories for senior leadership and business stakeholders., • Maintain and evolve data governance standards, ensuring privacy, security, and ethical AI practices., • 5+ years of experience as a People Analytics Specialist or Data Scientist in a business or people analytics context, • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field (advanced degree a plus), • Strong experience in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy) or R, plus SQL proficiency, • Experience applying machine learning and statistical modeling in a business environment, • Familiarity with HR and people-related datasets (HRIS, ATS, engagement, performance), • Strong understanding of data storytelling and communicating technical results to non-technical audiences, • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent), • Experience with predictive modeling, natural language processing, or generative AI for people analytics, • Experience working with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and orchestration tools (Airflow, Spark), • Familiarity with data governance and HR data privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA) What We Offer The range we've posted represents the typical compensation range for this role.
