Requirements Responsibilities • Prepare and respond to reports based on requests from Our Client customers, following task allocation and direction from the team manager, • Analyze chassis utilization status and manage overall usage efficiency, • Maintain and track the Claim List, ensuring timely progress updates and resolution, • Collect and manage supporting documents for claims from shipping lines, carriers, and warehouse operations, • Register and manage non-conformance cases in the system, including monitoring the status of non-conformance and claim records, • Perform all other tasks as assigned Qualifications • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean, • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred), • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Benefits Compensation $50,000-80,000 a year depending on qualifications and experience Benefits • Health, Dental, and Vision PPO Insurance, • Life, STD, LTD Insurance, • 401(K) Plan, • Paid Time Off, • Additional Paid Time Off (Bereavement, Wedding, Birth of a Child, etc.), • Years of Service Awards, • Education Assistant Program (Based on Eligibility)
