An Estimator is responsible for owning the full estimates and repair process post-vehicle teardown and ensuring quality repairs are provided promptly. This position requires teammates to have a proven track record of high performance, possess an advanced level of technical knowledge regarding collision repair estimates, be able to communicate detailed repair processes to Body Technicians, and be familiar with major insurance carrier procedures and requirements. Job Description The Integration Specialist plays a key role in onboarding newly acquired collision repair locations into VIVE Collision. This role partners closely with Business Development, Operations, and Market Leaders to ensure smooth integrations, accurate Work in Process (WIP) conversions, and successful team onboarding. This position is ideal for an Estimator ready to expand their career into a high-impact, corporate-facing role with significant growth opportunity. RESPONSIBILITIES • Review customer drawings, specifications, and RFQs to determine manufacturing requirements and cost drivers., • Prepare detailed cost estimates for sheet metal fabrication and CNC machining, including materials, labor, machine time, tooling, and outside processing., • Analyze bills of materials, routings, and production methods to ensure pricing accuracy and feasibility., • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative processes., • Develop and maintain estimating models, pricing templates, and historical cost data., • Support sales and leadership by providing timely quote responses and clarifying scope, assumptions, and risks., • Participate in project handoffs to ensure alignment between quoted work and production execution., • Continuously improve estimating accuracy by comparing quoted costs to actual job performance.
