Responsible for managing the review and processing for approval and implementation of Programmed Cost Estimate updates. Responsible for providing Concept Report reviews required of this Office. Responsibilities may include developing and providing engineering related instruction on developing and reviewing construction cost estimates, assisting the Office Value Engineering Specialist, attending Concept Team Meetings, and assisting the Office Plan Review Section with the review of construction plans. Job Description Position: Project Manager Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Ground Up Commercial Construction Project Manager who has represented the General Contractor to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of ground-up commercial construction projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for all trades & aspects of the project, including budgeting, resource management, scheduling, quality control, and client satisfaction.
