Job Description Cedar Park Group is recruiting for a highly skilled and motivated Civil Estimator with a focus on Site Civil Construction. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role in both estimating and managing construction projects. Key Responsibilities: • 15 years of experience required, • Develop accurate cost estimates by reviewing project plans, specifications, and documents., • Lead and manage the estimation process, utilizing industry-standard software (e.g., ProCore, Bluebeam, Foundation, B2W)., • Prepare and submit bid packages, negotiate contracts with subcontractors, and ensure competitive pricing., • Oversee all phases of project management, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and timeline management., • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution., • Monitor project progress, ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards., • Manage budgets, control costs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders., • Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns that arise., • Proven experience as a Chief Estimator with Site Civil knowledge, or similar role in the construction industry., • Must have: civil and demolition construction experience, • Proficiency in project management and estimating software (ProCore, Bluebeam, B2W, Foundation)., • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques., • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills., • Ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and work well under pressure., • Competitive salary based on experience., • 401(k) with matching contributions., • Health and dental insurance., • Paid time off., • Bonus opportunities.
