    Petite Maison Kids is seeking a Full time enthusiastic and highly driven E-commerce Assistant looking to join a successful fast growing children's clothing brand with opportunity for career growth within the company. The position is in person at our office warehouse in Port Chester, NY and includes; • Customer Service support including via chat, phone, and email. Shopping concierge for abandoned carts., • In charge of online, marketplace, and wholesale order fulfillment in a timely manner and following quality standards., • Purchase shipping labels, organize daily shipping carrier pickups, and daily package drop offs at USPS., • Receive, unpack, and organize newly arrived merchandise shipments in the warehouse, • Website and marketplace product upload and management., • Warehouse organization and labeling stockroom. UPC and Barcode tag system., • Utilize inventory management systems to process and research merchandise shipments in accordance with our inventory control processes., • Optimize website product descriptions, google fields, SEO, • Basic sewing skills, use of glue gun, and steamer., • File insurance claims with shipping carriers., • Assist with in store events, pop up shows, trade shows , photo shoots., • Create customer invoices and commercial documents., • Assist with execution of weekly inventory transfer between our Port Chester warehouse and Greenwich CT store., • Warehouse inventory management, including organization and inventory counts., • Daily mail and return package pickup in mailroom, • Keep warehouse space clean with daily garbage and carton disposal in designated area in the building., • Hours:, • Full Time Mon-Fri 8:30AM-4:30PM., • 5 Days (40 hours) per week. This job is for those that display the following traits: • A high level of ownership, accountability and initiative, • Hard working, creative, and highly driven, • Eloquent in speech and writing, • Attention to details, • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, • Basic sewing skills, • Shopify, Canva, Mirakl, and Microsoft Excel familiar/proficient, • Interest in Kids Fashion, • Great Organizational skills, • The skills to use a variety of technology and new computer applications, • Reliable and have the ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs *Previous E commerce, Shopify, and customer service experience is a big plus. Role Overview: As a member of the Cheese Department, the Cheese Counter Associate takes pride in having a vast knowledge of our cheese products. Responsibilities & Duties: • Help department to maximize sales by providing exceptional guest service., • Ability to increase sales by upselling, and suggestively selling products to every guest., • Responsible for product rotation, facing, restocking, product displays., • Clean and maintain department equipment (cutting boards, scales, cheese knives, etc.)., • Basic knife handling skills, • Cut, wrap, and clean various types of cheeses., • Adhere to all DOH, DOA and OSHA standards., • Keep records of temperatures and record inventory of products to determine what needs to be ordered and replenished., • Follow, maintain and perform safety and sanitation procedures; throughout all shifts., • Communicate effectively with peers and management., • Always maintain professionalism and treat everyone with respect and courtesy., • Must always be guest focus and forward facing. Minimum Requirements: • Minimum of 1 year in experience in a grocery store environment., • Exceptional guest service, • Must have a general knowledge of cheese and dairy products., • Some knowledge of tastings and pairings, • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays., • Perform physical requirements of job including standing during scheduled hours, kneeling, stooping, using stairs, lifting, push and pull items of usually 20-50 pounds., • Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment., • Basic knife handling skills, this may include the use of a deli slicer., • Food safety and sanitation knowledge., • Ability to show initiative, work with limited supervision, and are self-motivated., • Be brand ambassador for Citarella., • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
