Requirements • 3 years of experience in apartment or multifamily property maintenance required (Apartments, condos, townhomes, etc.), • HVAC/EPA certification required, • CPO certification preferred, • CAMT certification preferred, • Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required, • Minimum of 40 hours per week, • Weekends as circumstances warrant, • Performs maintenance tasks personally or delegates to assistants. Oversees and inspects work performed by assistants., • Institutes and manages the system for handling resident service requests.
