The Head of Digital Growth owns Capezio’s expansion and revenue generation through digital channels. Working cross-functionally across e.l.f. and in partnership with our third-party logistics provider (3PL), this role will manage our merchandise and Value-Added Services (VAS) programs. Responsibilities include overseeing inbound shipments of VAS components, outbound shipments of VAS kits, generating and monitoring work orders, and ensuring all programs are executed accurately and on schedule.
