Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute kitchen and bathroom carpentry projects. Perform layout, framing, installation, and finishing work to high standards. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and within project timelines. Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean job site. Troubleshoot and provide solutions for on-site issues. Requirements: Minimum 7 years of carpentry experience, specifically in kitchen and bathroom projects. Valid carpentry certification. Valid driver’s license. Must have own truck and carpentry tools. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality workmanship. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supervising small teams.
