Job Details Job Details: We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to join our dynamic Engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are maintained across our projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing inspections, test documentation, and compliance requirements for jurisdictional and third-party agencies. This is a permanent position with the opportunity for professional growth and development. Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee all aspects of our QA/QC processes, including inspections, testing, and compliance requirements., • Develop and implement QA/QC processes and procedures to ensure project quality and compliance with jurisdictional and third-party agency requirements., • Coordinate with project teams to ensure all Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), work packages, and inspection tracking are properly managed and resolved., • Utilize construction management and documentation software such as BIM360, Procore, or similar platforms for effective project management., • Read and interpret contract drawings, specifications, and submittals with a high level of accuracy to ensure compliance with project requirements., • Collaborate with project teams, including field staff, shop personnel, and management to ensure quality standards are met., • Identify issues, drive resolution, and track items through completion to ensure project quality and compliance., • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field., • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a QA/QC role within the Engineering industry., • Proven experience managing inspections, test documentation, and compliance requirements for jurisdictional and third-party agencies., • Familiarity with QA/QC processes including NCRs, work packages, and inspection tracking., • Experience with construction management and documentation software such as BIM360, Procore, or similar platforms., • Ability to read and interpret contract drawings, specifications, and submittals with a high level of accuracy., • Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail and quality standards., • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across project teams., • Proven ability to identify issues, drive resolution, and track items through completion., • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
