Job Description Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer Volt is immediately hiring a Receptionist / Scheduler in Boise, ID. As a Receptionist / Scheduler you will: • Greet and direct visitors, customers, and installers in a professional and friendly manner, • Answer and manage multiple phone lines, screen calls, and relay messages accurately, • Use Microsoft Outlook to schedule and reschedule appointments and installations, • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in RFMS Schedule Pro and Excel, • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries, • Prepare correspondence, quotes, invoices, and closeout documentation, • Provide general administrative support including filing, document prep, and supply management, • Coordinate fleet maintenance, installer paychecks, and insurance documentation, • Assist with logistics, product coordination, and urgent delivery scheduling, • Support warranty and repair scheduling and serve as a secondary contact for job site issues, • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold company values Receptionist / Scheduler candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration: • High school diploma or equivalent, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel (basic to intermediate level), • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, • Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of personalities, • Thick-skinned and able to handle occasional difficult conversations with professionalism, • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities, • Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and schedules, • Experience in front desk, dental office, or scheduling roles is a plus Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Pay: $17–$19/hr DOE *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
