Job Description Job Title: Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) SME / Program Manager – Semiconductor Facility Location: Boise, ID Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Program Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of ACC across our semiconductor construction projects. This role requires a strong combination of project management expertise, technical proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud, and experience in high-tech, fast-paced semiconductor or mission-critical facilities construction. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary SME for Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) deployment and usage across multiple semiconductor projects., • Lead program management initiatives including ACC adoption, workflow design, and integration with other project management tools., • Develop and maintain project templates, dashboards, reporting structures, and workflows to support construction, quality, and commissioning teams., • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure ACC supports milestone tracking, RFI management, submittals, and change management., • Provide hands-on training, mentoring, and support to construction, QA/QC, and PM teams to maximize platform adoption and efficiency., • Analyze current project workflows and propose process improvements leveraging ACC capabilities., • Track program metrics, generate reports, and communicate project performance to senior leadership., • Troubleshoot ACC issues and serve as the escalation point for platform-related challenges. Required Qualifications: • Proven experience implementing and managing Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or equivalent construction management platforms., • Strong knowledge of construction workflows, document management, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and scheduling., • Experience managing programs across high-tech, semiconductor, or mission-critical facility projects., • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and track multiple initiatives simultaneously., • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills., • Ability to train, mentor, and support cross-functional teams on ACC usage and best practices. Preferred Qualifications: • Background in semiconductor or cleanroom construction environments., • Knowledge of Lean Construction or Last Planner Systems., • Familiarity with integration of ACC with other project management tools (Primavera, Procore, etc.)., • Experience with creating, organizing, and managing digital content libraries, especially within Autodesk’s Content Catalog, Unifi Pro, Ideate, Dynamo, or Parameter Service. This includes understanding best practices for content structuring, tagging, and version control.
