Offer Now Idaho is looking for a results-driven Outside Sales Consultant to meet directly with homeowners, evaluate residential properties, and structure purchase agreements on off-market homes. This is a field-based position. You will spend your time in appointments — not behind a desk. Our marketing team provides consistent seller appointments and leads. Your focus is guiding conversations, presenting solutions, and converting opportunities into signed contracts. What Success Looks Like in This Role • Conduct face-to-face consultations with property owners, • Assess property condition and ownership goals, • Present tailored purchase solutions, • Structure and finalize residential purchase agreements, • Maintain organized follow-up with active opportunities, • Track performance and pipeline activity in CRM, • Consistently achieve monthly revenue benchmarks This role rewards preparation, confidence, and strong communication skills. Compensation: $200,000 OTE Responsibilities: • Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly, • Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends, • Identify and pursue sales leads and prospective new clients, and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to the close stages, • Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects, • Candidates must be located within a daily commuting distance of Boise, ID.
