Job Description Job Title: HR Support Partner The HR Support Partner will play a key role in supporting HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and other HR administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional support to both employees and managers. This role requires someone who is able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Staffing • Support the recruitment process by posting job openings on relevant platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, company website)., • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assist with candidate screenings, and liaise between hiring managers and candidates., • Assist in managing candidate pipelines, tracking applicants, and maintaining an up-to-date recruiting database., • Prepare and send offer letters, manage pre-employment screenings (e.g., background checks, reference checks). 2. Onboarding & Orientation • Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization., • Prepare new hire documentation, including offer letters, employment contracts, and policy handbooks., • Conduct new hire orientation sessions, introduce company culture, and ensure all required forms and documentation are completed., • Ensure all necessary equipment and IT access are provided for new hires, in collaboration with IT and other departments. 3. Benefits Administration • Assist employees with benefits enrollment, answer questions regarding benefits options, eligibility, and assist with changes as needed., • Maintain accurate records of employee benefit elections, status changes, and enrollments., • Assist with the annual open enrollment process, providing support in communicating benefits offerings and assisting employees with elections., • Collaborate with benefits providers to resolve employee inquiries and issues regarding health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits. 4. Offboarding & Employee Separation • Coordinate the offboarding process for exiting employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable legal requirements., • Conduct exit interviews, compile feedback, and prepare final documentation (e.g., final paycheck, benefits information)., • Manage return of company property and system access revocation., • Assist in processing severance packages, if applicable, and ensure proper documentation is provided for terminated employees. 5. HR Administration • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is up-to-date., • Provide general HR administrative support including preparing reports, updating employee files, and filing paperwork., • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed, including compliance training, policy updates, and employee surveys., • Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding HR processes and policies. Preferred Skills and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience., • Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration., • Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information., • Proficiency with HRIS, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other HR-related software., • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities., • Attention to detail and accuracy., • Bilingual in Spanish (Highly Preferred) Key Competencies • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with employees at all levels., • Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and providing practical solutions., • Confidentiality: Strong understanding of confidentiality and handling sensitive employee information., • Adaptability: Able to adjust to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment., • Team Player: Collaborative and able to work well within a team.
