Job DescriptionBenefits: • Employee discounts, • Free food & snacks, • Paid time off Responsibilities: • Implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities for infants and toddlers, • Responsive caregiving and willingness to learn, • Providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow, • Communicating effectively with parents, team members, and administration, • Observing and documenting children's development and behavior, • Collaborating with other staff members as well as administration to ensure the overall well-being of the childrenRequirements:, • Previous experience working with toddlers in a professional child care setting, • Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices in childcare, • Background check clearance, physical, drug screening, and 3 professional references, • CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain in the first 90 days, • Patient, nurturing, and compassionate demeanor Our classrooms are designed to spark curiosity, promote independence, and support the whole child through intentional play-based learning.
