Who We?re Looking For: You have: • A 4-year bachelor?s degree in a science-based field, • A passion for healthcare and helping others, • A strong work ethic, professionalism, and a desire to grow As a Clinical Assistant at KCA, you?ll perform both clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced outpatient medical setting. You?ll gain deep exposure to the patient care process, medical documentation, and provider interaction ? all while building the foundation for your future healthcare career. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and check in patients, • Room patients, obtain vitals and history, reconcile medications, • Draft prescriptions for review/signature by provider, • Schedule follow-ups, imaging, referrals, and consultations, • Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR), • Answer phones, manage voicemails, direct messages to staff, • Handle office tasks: scanning, e-faxing, organizing records and supplies, • Help keep clinic flow efficient and ensure a positive patient experience, • Bachelor?s degree in a science-related field (required), • Completion of a pre-employment assessment (sent only to candidates selected for interview), • Commitment to full-time employment, • On-the-job training ? no experience or MA certificate needed, • Breakfast and coffee provided most mornings; lunch most days, • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, • A meaningful stepping-stone toward PA/NP school PLEASE NOTE: You will train in the Franklin, TN office for a minimum of 2 weeks.
