We look for individuals with cheerful dispositions, patience, flexibility and is a team player. Applicants must be able to effectively communicate with parents, coworkers and administration. Responsibilities Assist in supervising and engaging children in daily activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Support the lead teacher in implementing educational programs and lesson plans tailored for toddlers and infants. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the daycare space, including toys and learning materials. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns. Administer basic first aid as needed and uphold CPR certification standards. Job Types: Part-time, 20 - 25 hours per week. Must be available to work Mon to Fri.. starting at 730 am

About the Role The Lead Teacher provides instructional leadership and a nurturing, developmentally appropriate classroom aligned to NYC DOE early childhood standards. Key Duties Plan and deliver daily lessons aligned to UPK/3K frameworks; differentiate for individual needs. Create a warm, culturally responsive classroom; maintain routines, visuals, centers, and materials. Observe, document, and assess children’s progress; maintain portfolios and progress reports. Collaborate with Assistant Teacher/Helper; model best practices and delegate tasks effectively. Communicate regularly with families; lead conferences, newsletters, and classroom updates. Ensure health, safety, and supervision at all times; adhere to DOE/DOH policies. Participate in monthly staff development; implement feedback and program initiatives. Support referrals and in-class services for children receiving special education/related services.

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will: Service, repair, and/or propose replacement of warm air furnaces, air conditioners, air distribution systems, boilers, water heaters, related piping, and electrical To service and start equipment and adjust to the manufacturer's and job specifications To troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve/repair all issues that arise that would keep the equipment from functioning properly Provide exceptional customer service by explaining HVAC system operations, offering solutions, and addressing customer concerns. Perform required documentation for each call, including recommendations, repairs, accurate readings, and observations. Have the client sign the necessary paperwork and collect payments as directed Mentor and train junior HVAC technicians. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for troubleshooting and resolving complex HVAC system issues. Stay updated on emerging HVAC technologies, such as smart thermostats and energy-efficient systems, and be capable of troubleshooting and repairing these newer systems. Physical Requirements: Physically able to work on HVAC units. Will be required to work in settings with extreme cold or extreme heat, depending on the time of year.
