Reporting within the "Insights Pod" of the Revenue Intelligence function, this Sr. Analyst will lead much of the key reporting focused on the Revenue Org's performance. They will also work with the rest of the RevOps team and its key stakeholders (e.g. Revenue Leadership, Finance) to set goals, identify patterns of over/under performance, and make recommendations for improvement. This is a full time position on our team reporting to the Associate Director, Sales & CS Operations. This fully remote position may require occasional travel for team or company events. Qualifications: · Three (3) or more years of supervisory or management experience. · Three (3) or more years of experience in a full-service dining environment. · Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. · Strong work ethic with a consistent sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership. · Professional, polished appearance and demeanor. · Ability to anticipate and respond to guest and team needs. · Working knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine preferred. · Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. · Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds.
