Job Description Core Responsibilities • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and top-tier service delivery., • Lead and mentor a diverse team, including virtual assistants, intake personnel, medical coordinators, calendar staff, junior and senior paralegals, and four attorneys., • Develop and standardize office procedures into a comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) handbook., • Implement and refine operational workflows, policies, and best practices., • Manage case management systems, ensuring compliance with deadlines, court standards, and firm protocols., • Support case progression from initial intake to case closure, including no-fault, OCA, insurance medical examinations, medical appointments, records and analysis, litigation (complaint. Job Summary The Senior Accountant/AR Specialist is responsible for managing the day-to-day accounts receivable functions, from invoicing and cash application to collections and reporting.
