Job DescriptionAttorney Attorney Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various areas of law, including personal injury, workers compensation, motor vehicle accidents, and criminal defense. This role involves representing clients in legal proceedings, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring the protection of clients' rights. Key Responsibilities • Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings, • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements, • Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases, • Provide legal counsel to clients regarding their rights and obligations, • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, • Prepare and file legal motions and pleadings, • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations, • Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staffQualifications, • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, • Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction, • Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury and workers compensation law, • Strong knowledge of motor vehicle accident laws, • Experience in criminal defense is a plus, • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
