Job Description RISE Housing and Support Services has an opportunities for a Per Diem Nurse Practitioner to support the Medical Director role of our OMH-licensed crisis residence SunRISE Retreat and/or our OASAS-licensed rehabilitation program RISE Above. A successful candidate will enjoy inspiring their team and while ensuring the program residents are receiving excellent support during their time with us, as they work toward recovery from a mental health crisis or substance use.
