General Summary Provide strategic leadership in the development, implementation, and oversight of comprehensive support services and resident engagement programs that enhance quality of life and meet the diverse needs of all residents. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS * Provide oversight of, and conduct initial and annual resident assessments (i.e., evaluation of social, psychological, cognitive, and physical needs).
