Responsibilities: • Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, • Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, • Repair or replace defective components in HVAC systems, • Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning properly, • Follow blueprints, design specifications, and manufacturer instructions for HVAC system installation and repair, • Comply with all safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems Qualifications: • 5-10 Years minimum Experience In Service (Commercial or Industrial), • High school diploma or equivalent, • Proven experience in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair, • Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations related to HVAC systems, • Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings, • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues with HVAC systems, • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, • MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE Skills: • Experience with commercial systems, industrial a plus, • Mechanical aptitude for field service work, • Ability to perform equipment repairs and maintenance, • Knowledge of appliance repair techniques is beneficial Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
