We’re searching for a hands-on Production Leader who thrives on accountability, improvement, and developing people. This role can be filled at either the Supervisor or Manager level, depending on experience, and offers a unique opportunity to shape operations at a growing manufacturing facility during a transformational period. What You’ll Do As a key leader on the manufacturing floor, you’ll own daily operations and drive results across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
