Job Description Benefits: • Paid Health, Dental, and Life Insurance as well as Long Term Disability, • Generous 401K Plan, • Optional Vision Insurance, Telemedicine, and Short-Term Disability Insurance., • Paid Vacation and Holidays Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Overseeing daily manufacturing, fabrication and assembly line requirements on all product lines / divisions, • Ensuring that we are manufacturing kits in a timely manner with a high rate of accuracy in all shifts, • Overseeing multiple shifts, • Identifying ways to improve the department’s efficiency and accuracy, • Responsible for meeting delivery, quality and labor cost goals, • Meet KPI on output, scrap, attendance and overtime reduction, • Managing schedules for supervisors and shop employees in all shifts, • Filling in for production as / where needed (Welding, making hoses, powder coating, QC, etc.), • Ensuring that the shop meets safety standards, • Enforcing company policies, • Implementing and enforcing department rules and policies, • Assist with establishing department goals and plans for growth and regularly measuring progress, • Documenting and maintaining job descriptions with clearly defined procedures for each position, • Ensuring that the communication between the shop and other departments is clear and consistent, • Assisting in employee recruitment, reviews and evaluations, promotions, retention, and terminations as needed, • Ensuring that all production equipment is working efficiently and safely and scheduling/making repairs as needed, • Ensuring that the shop floor stays safe, clean, and organized Applicants must: • Have an Associates degree or equivalent, • Have knowledge of manufacturing processes, • Have welding and fabrication experience, • Have management experience in a production shop, • Demonstrate excellent leadership skills, • Have a positive attitude and work well with others, • Demonstrate high attention to detail with an emphasis on high accuracy, • Be able to accurately read blueprints, • Be capable of working under pressure, • Be open to working late or early as needed to meet deadlines, • Experience with coordinating and scheduling is a plus, • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Desired Qualities & Skills: • Positive leadership, • Forward thinking, • Honesty and Integrity, • Good problem-solving skills, • Proven team building skills, • Excellent organizational skills, • Excellent time management skills, • Strong work ethic and discipline, • Continued desire to learn and improve, • Self-management skills / mindset, • Know when to ask for help, • Proactive, • Knowledge of Word and ExcelCompany DescriptionHydrauliCircuit Technology, LLC (HCT) is a dynamic, fast-paced growing engineering and manufacturing company that was established in 1996.
