Job Description Duties & Responsibilities- Daily Basis • Review all sold jobs- pictures, equipment, venting, locations, sizing, etc. and note within the install notes that it was reviewed and approved with your initials and date., • Locate all equipment needed for the day and the following day., • Assign and notify installation teams of work for the following day, and where to report., • Review job with lead installers before leaving the shop or arriving to the installation., • Review any multi day jobs to make sure that they are allotted the right time and the right installers., • Assist installers and field supervisors in the field when needed., • Review all completed installations from the day as well as the day before (if applicable)- check that installations are done properly, photos are taken, paperwork is completed, job is closed out, etc. This will be initialed and dated in Service Titan., • Use inventory software to correctly account for equipment used for every job., • Monitor stock in warehouse, and order materials when needed., • Answer all installers calls for technical questions, job issues, incomplete jobs, etc., • Work with the Sales Manager, Service Manager and Service Dispatcher to account for all upcoming sold 1 or more-day jobs.
