Job Description Job description: Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant/Fleet Compliance Manager Company: Lomupo Materials Inc Location: 64 Godwin Ave, Midland Park, NJ 07432 Job Type: Part-Time (25-30) hours per week 9am-2/3pm Pay: $18–$25 per hour, depending on experience (entry-level applicants welcome – we’ll train the right person) About the Role: Lomupo Materials Inc is a growing small trucking company based in Midland Park, NJ. We're looking for a reliable, organized assistant to handle important administrative and compliance tasks for our 15-truck fleet. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone detail-oriented who wants to learn the trucking industry on the job. No prior experience in trucking or compliance required—we'll provide guidance and training as you go. If you're good with paperwork, follow through on details, and can stay on top of deadlines, this could be a steady, rewarding part-time opportunity. Key Responsibilities: Process insurance claims for accidents (collect documents like police reports, photos, and driver statements; follow up with insurance companies and adjusters; track claim status and settlements) Manage truck registrations, renewals, and related permits Prepare and submit IFTA fuel tax reports and HUT/highway use taxes Help maintain DOT/FMCSA compliance (organize driver files, handle basic record-keeping, prepare for audits) Coordinate with drivers and vendors on paperwork and follow-ups General office support: data entry, filing, scanning documents, monitoring deadlines to prevent fines or issues Requirements: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable with computers, email, and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) Reliable and able to work independently on tasks Willingness to learn trucking regulations and processes (we'll train you step-by-step) Previous admin, customer service, or insurance experience is a plus but not required Valid driver's license (CDL not needed for this role) What We Offer: Flexible part-time hours that fit around your schedule Opportunity to grow skills in a real trucking business Supportive environment in a small company Paid training period to get up to speed How to Apply: Please email your resume and a brief note about why you're interested to .
