Job Description Position Overview: Provides high level administrative, and customer support for Volunteer, Mentoring, Academic, and Development Department. This role serves as a primary point of contact for volunteers, donors, and community partners, requiring exceptional customer service, professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. The position plays a critical role in ensuring positive engagement, efficient processes, and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Position Qualifications: High School Diploma, and 6 years’ experience with in-kind donations or volunteer services or bachelor’s degree with min of 2-years of service in customer focused field (retail, HR, in-kind donations, volunteer services, etc.) Previous database management experience preferred. Availability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends when required. Ability to type at least 50 wpm Ability to use or learn computer software, including Word, Excel, Raisers’ Edge or other database management programs Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently with frequent interruptions in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills Self-starter and team player Driver’s License and willingness to transport donations in an agency 12-seater van when necessary.
