You will provide coaching, business insights, and operational support to help cafés improve: • Profitability, • Guest satisfaction, • Product quality, • Operational execution, • Leadership development, • Overall business performance This role focuses on influencing, coaching, and developing operators rather than directly managing café employees. Key Responsibilities Multi-Unit Operations & Brand Standards • Partner with franchise owners and General Managers to improve café performance, • Conduct regular café visits throughout the Philadelphia market, • Evaluate operational execution, product quality, cleanliness, service standards, and guest experience, • Identify opportunities and provide action plans to improve results, • Reinforce food safety, sanitation, and brand standards Business Performance & Profitability • Analyze operational metrics including sales trends, labor performance, inventory controls, and waste management, • Coach operators on improving profitability and efficiency, • Share best practices that drive sales growth and stronger café performance, • Support franchise owners in understanding key business drivers Leadership Coaching & Development • Develop strong relationships with franchise owners and General Managers, • Coach leaders on building effective teams and consistent hospitality standards, • Identify training opportunities and partner with internal teams to provide resources, • Encourage accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement Guest Experience & Community Growth • Help operators improve guest satisfaction and service consistency, • Support strategies that strengthen customer loyalty and community engagement, • Assist with guest recovery initiatives and operational improvements New Café Growth Support • Assist with new café openings, remodels, and operational transitions, • Partner with internal teams including Training, Marketing, Operations, and Quality Control, • Support continued expansion throughout the Philadelphia market What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of progressive restaurant, hospitality, retail, or franchise operations leadership experience preferred, • Experience as a District Manager, Area Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, Regional Manager, or Franchise Business Consultant, • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, guest experience, labor management, and food safety, • Experience reviewing P&L performance and operational metrics, • Proven ability to coach, influence, and develop General Managers and operators, • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, • High emotional intelligence with a passion for developing people, • Ability to travel throughout the Philadelphia market, • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and results Ideal Backgrounds Include: • Bakery Café Operations, • Fast Casual Restaurants, • QSR Multi-Unit Leadership, • Franchise Restaurant Operations, • Specialty Food & Beverage Retail, • Hospitality Management Benefits & Perks • Competitive compensation package, • Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, • 401(k) retirement plan, • Paid time off and holidays, • Birthday benefit, • Career advancement opportunities with a rapidly expanding brand, • High-performance, collaborative culture Ready to Make an Impact?
