Qualifications: • Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Counseling, Social Work, Public Administration)., • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a social service environment implementing evidence-based practices, including at least three (3) years in a supervisory role., • Experience in community organizing, partnership development, and project management., • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills., • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities., • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse populations., • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite., • Valid NJ driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable vehicle., • Must pass NJ Child Abuse Record Information (CARI) screening and a fingerprint-based background check.
