The Opportunity We’re looking for a motivated, digitally sophisticated Senior Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This is your chance to sell across Schneps Media’s full suite of integrated media assets — including websites, newspapers, magazines, email newsletters, social media, and live events — and help local and regional businesses grow. If you’re passionate about media, thrive on building relationships, and love closing deals, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do * Prospect, pitch, and close new business across all Schneps Media platforms * Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers and marketing partners * Understand client goals and create customized multimedia marketing solutions * Upsell and cross-sell existing clients into recurring, seasonal, and content programs * Collaborate with marketing and editorial teams on creative campaigns * Manage your pipeline and activity using our CRM * Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets What We’re Looking For * Proven success in media, advertising, or digital sales Energetic self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skills * Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and emerging media trends * Goal-oriented, persistent, and driven to exceed expectations Comfortable with outbound sales, cold calling, and consultative selling * Tech-savvy and highly organized with attention to detail Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, or related fields) * Must be based in the New York area (hybrid work from home/in-office) * Car and a valid driver’s license preferred What We Offer * Competitive base salary ($80,000) + uncapped commission + performance bonuses * Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and flexible spending * Paid time off and company holidays Opportunity to sell a trusted, established media brand with massive regional reach * Collaborative, energetic work environment Join Our Team If you’re ready to make an impact, grow your income, and represent one of New York’s most respected media organizations, apply today
