Role Overview ID.me is seeking a highly analytical Manager, FP&A to join our fast-paced and growing Finance team. Reporting to the Director of Finance, IR, & Strategic Planning, this role will support a diverse set of responsibilities across forecasting, bookings estimation, Deal Desk, and broader cross-functional analysis such as Product ROI forecasting. Rapidly after release into the Supervised Release Program (SRP), the Case Coordinator conducts Supervision Introduction/Orientation meetings with new participants to review supervision conditions required under the supervision plan. In this role, you will help participants comply with their supervision appointments and court appearances during their legal case's pendency. You will also conduct ongoing service need assessments with participants and develop collaborative service plans addressing identified needs and goals. You will ensure participants receive services that are strengths-based, gender-specific, and culturally sensitive while adhering to the core principles of risk, need and responsivity to reduce recidivism, increase engagement in community treatment services and support participants to achieve their self-identified goals for treatment, recovery, rehabilitation, and crime-free community integration. CASES’ Supervised Release Program (SRP) annually diverts 5,500 people otherwise facing pretrial detention at Rikers Island to community-based supervision and support services. Program participants include youth and young adults, people with substance use disorders and mental illnesses, and individuals who are homeless. SRP participants have not been found guilty of a crime and are not mandated to engage in treatment or other services. This requires staff to tactfully deliver approaches to help participants tap into their intrinsic motivation to leverage their strengths and skills for meaningful life improvements while fulfilling all court requirements. Job Description The Mental Health Association is seeking Per Diem Mobile Crisis Outreach Responders for our new program, 988 Mobile Crisis Outreach Team, operating out of Hudson County The Per Diem 988 Mobile Crisis Outreach Response program will respond to adults (18 and above) in nonlife-threatening situations who have contacted the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. The Mobile Crisis Outreach Response program (MCORT) responds 24 hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year, to nonlife-threatening mental health, substance use or suicidal crises in the community. MCORT will work in coordination with the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline crisis centers. (The 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline was formerly the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.) MCORT is to be comprised of a two-person team in the field under remote supervision by a third professional from a centralized location. Shifts are on an as-needed basis for this position. Specifically seeking holiday and weekend coverage. Qualified applicants for the position of Per Diem Crisis Outreach Responder will have, at minimum: • A Bachelor’s Degree in a mental health related field from an accredited institution with two years post bachelor’s professional experience required. If the bachelor’s degree is in a different field, three years full time equivalent professional experience in the mental health field is required., • The ability to provide effective crisis response and de-escalation as related to community mental health in the community., • A valid NJ driver’s license and a good driving record., • The ability to collaborate effectively with community providers and 988 managing entity., • Professionals with experience in a crisis setting are preferred., • Providing evidenced based crisis services, when identified by the 988-managing entity, to individuals experiencing a mental health or substance use disorder crisis in the community., • When necessary, connecting with the Master’s Level Supervisor remotely to provide additional psychological, psychiatric, or clinical services., • Supporting individuals to de-escalate crisis, and when deemed necessary, safe, and appropriate, provide transportation to crisis stabilization and receiving centers, certified community behavioral health clinics, or hospital’s emergency departments for appropriate care and treatment., • Developing systems for on-going follow up for community members in need of connections to social services that can enhance prevention of non-emergency calls and increase early intervention treatment access., • Completing a direct follow up with identified clients and collateral contacts as needed in order to facilitate access to appropriate services based on immediate client needs., • Providing weekend/holiday coverage on a rotating basis for 24 hour/7 day access to services., • Collaborating with family members, friends or loved ones to assist and support individuals in crisis on an as-needed basis.
