Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate board-certified medical oncologist and hematologist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality clinical care in both our Richmond Hill and Brooklyn locations, collaborating with a seasoned multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with oncologic and hematologic disorders., • Develop individualized treatment plans in consultation with patients and care teams., • Administer and oversee chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and other specialized treatments., • Interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory, imaging, and pathology results., • Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, prognosis, and treatment options., • Actively participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and tumor boards., • Collaborate with other specialists, nurses, and support staff to coordinate comprehensive care., • Participate in research, quality improvement, and educational initiatives as appropriate., • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record., • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and institutional regulations.Qualifications, • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree., • Board Certification in Medical Oncology and Hematology., • Active and unrestricted NY State Medical License (or eligibility)., • Completion of an accredited fellowship in Medical Oncology & Hematology., • Proven track record of clinical excellence in outpatient and inpatient settings., • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills., • Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and evidence-based practice., • Additional languages highly preferred, especially Haitian Creole.Benefits, • Highly competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits package., • Supportive, collaborative, and mission-driven work culture., • Access to advanced diagnostic and therapeutic technology.
