Were hiring a Pre-Litigation Clerk to play a key role in managing and moving cases forward from onboarding through demand. This is a full-time, in-office role (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) where organization, follow-through, and attention to detail are critical to success. Benefits Annual Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Bonus Opportunities Paid Holidays 401k Plan Responsibilities • Manage incoming calls and client communication, • Maintain and organize case files in Filevine, • Draft letters of representation and preservation letters, • Gather and track key case documentation (police reports, medical records, photos, insurance info), • Follow up with clients regarding treatment, employment, and case updates, • Coordinate with providers and insurance carriers Requirements • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, • Ability to manage a high-volume workload with accuracy, • Clear and professional communication skills, • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, • Spanish-speaking is a plus, • Familiarity with legal terminology or personal injury cases is a plus
