The Certified Nursing Assistant CNA is responsible for providing patients with in-home personal care and designated health related services to maintain the patient's physical and emotional well-being, while following the written plan of care, Medicare/Medicaid regulations and agency policies and procedures. Follows current written aide assignment sheet to provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) to include mobility transfer, walking, grooming, bathing, dressing or undressing, eating, or toileting. As assigned, performs incidental household services essential to the patient's health care at home that are necessary to prevent or postpone institutionalization. Completes a clinical note for each visit within required timeframes, which must be incorporated into the patient's record. Provides care according to the aide plan of care/assignment sheet and in accordance to State Practice Act or regulations. Job DescriptionSalary: $25-27/hour Join Our Team Lead Medical Assistant Position Overview: The Lead Medical Assistant is a highly experienced and dependable clinical team member who supports providers, enhances clinical operations, and provides guidance to a clinical sub-team with minimal supervision. In addition to performing all standard MA duties, this role oversees daily workflows, mentors staff, ensures compliance, and contributes to quality improvement initiatives. The Lead Medical Assistant is ideal for someone who can anticipate needs, balance patient care with staff support, and foster an environment of teamwork and accountability. This full-time role requires availability for up to two evening shifts per week and one weekend shift per month. Vanguard offers a $2.00+ per hour shift differential for any hours worked after 6:00 p.m. on weekdays and for all weekend hours.
