The Client Onboarding Specialist, DME is responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient addition of customers to our services. Working closely with the Manager, Onboarding and Growth, this role is responsible for gathering necessary information in advance of customer onboarding introduction calls and meetings. The mission of the role is to facilitate fast and accurate customer onboarding to help Gentell meet the demand for its services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Accomplish a set of preparatory tasks by gathering critical information needed for Onboarding calls including:, • Pulling the Order Listing reports from the electronic medical record., • Running eligibility on Medicare residents and sending other payors to the Insurance Specialist (payor identification)., • Pulling the supporting documents needed for the covered residents., • Working into leading customer interactions to complete onboarding introductions.Requirements:, • Strong sense of organization and ability to keep several projects moving at once., • Good customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing., • Comfortable using computers, including Office applications, especially Excel at a basic to intermediate level., • Experience in a durable medical equipment DME business or other healthcare business is a plus.
