The OSP subgroup of projects is part of the Treatment Facilities group within the 10-Year Wastewater Enterprise (WWE) Capital Program adopted by the SFPUC. The projects will include working closely with the numerous internal and external stakeholders including regulatory compliance agencies e.g., Regional Water Quality Control Board and Bay Area Air Quality Management District.
