Job Summary: Reporting to the Sector Division President, the Regional Vice President (RVP) is a national support role responsible for leading, managing, and inspiring a team of senior leaders throughout the division (accounts/assignments/led teams will vary based on assignment). This role partners closely with national leadership peers, including the CEO and CFO, to advance organizational goals, achieve key performance indicators, and support sustainable business growth in a dynamic operating environment. The RVP serves as a strategic leader, client partner, and brand ambassador, driving operational excellence, financial performance, team development, and client satisfaction across the region. While this is a remote role, considered applicants are preferred to live in Seattle, New York City, Charlotte, or Los Angeles and must be commutable to a major airport. Key Responsibilities: • While on assignment, you will lead, manage, and inspire a team of District Managers/Regional Directors, and their teams to deliver exceptional operational performance and service excellence., • Build and maintain strong client relationships at the local, district, and state levels while ensuring achievement of key performance indicators, • Serve as a member of the nationwide leadership team, collaborating with peers to share best practices, mitigate risks, champion diversity, and foster organizational community, • Make key regional business decisions by evaluating risks, rewards, and both short- and long-term implications; communicate decisions strategically and effectively, • Establish and reinforce a positive organizational culture through transparency, accountability, safety, education, and alignment across the region, • Act as the senior regional representative and brand ambassador to key clients and serve as the escalation point for critical issues, • Partner with Sales and Retention teams to support growth initiatives, including business development strategy, presentations, relationship building, contract negotiations, and deal structuring, • Collaborate cross-functionally on regional and nationwide initiatives to drive operational consistency and innovation, • Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, company policies, USDA program requirements, and all required reporting deadlines, • Champion talent development through coaching, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives, • Own regional financial performance and P&L management, ensuring accuracy in reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes, • Ensure fair and consistent administration of company policies and procedures, • Monitor and anticipate marketplace trends and contribute to strategic planning initiatives Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university OR, • Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit food service hospitality management, or other support services areas in lieu of a degree.
