About Role Ring Concierge is a rapidly growing, female-founded fine jewelry company specializing in customized engagement rings and fine jewelry. We’re seeking a Brand Marketing Senior Director to lead the development and execution of brand strategy to drive relevance, brand heat, and long-term equity. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, campaign concepting, and cross-channel orchestration. You’ll partner closely with channel leaders across social, communications, and influencer marketing to ensure a cohesive, elevated brand presence across all consumer touchpoints. Reporting to the VP, Growth Marketing and working closely with our Founder & CEO, you’ll serve as a key brand steward, setting direction, driving alignment, and building a high-performing brand engine that delivers measurable business impact Responsibilities Brand Positioning & Storytelling • Own and evolve Ring Concierge’s brand voice, ensuring it is consistent, recognizable, and meaningfully integrated across all channels and customer touchpoints, • Serve as the internal champion of brand identity, ensuring all marketing, product, and customer-facing efforts ladder up to a cohesive brand experience, • Leverage cultural, competitive, and consumer insights to inform strategy and unlock growth opportunities, • Partner closely with Creative to develop best-in-class campaigns and content that elevate the brand Team Leadership & Strategic Oversight • Lead and develop a team of channel experts across social, communications, and influencer marketing, empowering existing leaders and driving clarity across roles and priorities, • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across Creative, Merchandising, Ecommerce, and Growth Marketing, • Drive alignment, accountability, and executional excellence across all brand initiatives Integrated Campaign Leadership • Lead the development of 360° brand campaigns and go-to-market strategies (e.g., product launches), from brief through execution across paid, owned, and earned channels, • Ensure alignment between brand storytelling and performance marketing objectives across the funnel, • Identify and drive culturally relevant moments, partnerships, and activations that build awareness and affinity, • Partner cross-functionally to ensure consistency of messaging across all consumer touchpoints, from marketing through site and retail Social Media Strategy • Shape platform strategy across social platforms, including editorial direction and innovation roadmap, in close collaboration with the team to drive brand and business impact, • Ensure all social channels reflect a cohesive, brand-aligned digital flagship experience, • Support the team in identifying and capitalizing on cultural trends, new formats, and emerging platforms, • Define success metrics in partnership with Growth team to balance brand building and business outcomes Communications, Influencer & Strategic Partnerships • Set the strategic vision for influencer, PR, and brand partnerships in close collaboration with the existing team, • Empower and support the team in executing high-impact creator relationships, partnerships, and media opportunities, • Identify whitespace opportunities and scale what’s working to drive measurable impact across awareness, acquisition, and revenue, • Partner on defining KPIs and measurement frameworks to ensure all partnership investments are aligned to full-funnel business objectives Research & Measurement • Define and implement KPIs to measure the success of brand campaigns and go-to-market initiatives, optimizing both in-flight and post-launch, • Develop a deep understanding of the target customer, competitive landscape, and market trends to inform brand strategy About You • Passionate about building brands and telling compelling stories, with a strong focus on results, • Strong editorial eye paired with a data-driven mindset, • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, cultural trends, and brand storytelling, • Proven ability to lead through strong existing teams, empowering functional experts while driving alignment and impact, • Highly collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Strong relationship-builder across internal teams, creators, and external partners Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, • 10–15+ years of brand marketing experience; luxury retail preferred, • DTC experience required, • Proven ability to align brand strategy with business goals, • Experience measuring and analyzing social, communications, and influencer performance, • Track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, • Experience establishing and managing partnerships with influencers, brands, and media, • Experience working with in-house creative teams, editorial partners, and agencies Details • Full-time role located in midtown NYC, • Hybrid work model, with the expectation of four days per week in office and nights and weekends as needed, • Office Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with the knowledge that we have a startup culture and your day may extend past listed office hours, • Health, Vision & Dental Insurance for full-time employees, • 401K with employer match program, • Generous employee discounts on fine jewelry, • Paid time off, including an extra allowance of 3 days annually for religious observances, • Compensation for the role will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience. The estimated base compensation for this role is $180,000+
