Job Description Director of Marketing Summary: The Director of Marketing is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for driving brand growth, market visibility, digital marketing, lead generation and revenue-generating initiatives across digital and traditional channels. This role oversees the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, including content development, lead generation, campaign management, analytics, and client engagement programs. The Director of Marketing partners cross-functionally to support sales growth and ensure consistent brand positioning across all platforms. With a strong focus on performance metrics and continuous improvement, this leader brings innovative thinking, operational excellence, and a results-driven mindset to elevate the company’s market presence and business impact. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Lead strategic marketing and communications initiatives to expand product awareness and strengthen brand visibility across existing and prospective client segments., • Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing programs, including content strategy, lead generation, campaign tracking, and performance management., • Develop and distribute compelling client-facing content such as video campaigns, case studies, thought leadership articles, and other promotional materials., • Plan, launch, and optimize targeted email marketing campaigns and digital advertising initiatives to drive engagement and conversion., • Create high-impact marketing collateral and branded materials., • Manage and enhance the client feedback program to measure satisfaction, gather insights, and strengthen customer relationships., • Oversee all company web properties to ensure an optimal, user-centric online experience aligned with brand standards and business goals., • Leverage analytics tools to monitor, evaluate, and report on key marketing performance metrics, identifying trends and growth opportunities., • Continuously assess and refine marketing strategies across social media, web, print, and other channels to improve effectiveness and ROI., • Proactively contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to elevate brand presence and market positioning., • Serve as a hands-on marketing leader who actively executes initiatives, collaborates cross-functionally, and drives projects to successful completion., • Developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth and support high-performing direct sales teams and e-commerce platforms., • Creating and implementing comprehensive B2B content strategies, brand positioning, and integrated marketing plans., • Designing, launching, and measuring multi-channel digital and direct marketing campaigns with a data-driven, results-oriented approach., • Leveraging marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM strategies to optimize engagement and conversion., • 5-7 years of experience in a management marketing position, preferred., • Competitive salary; commensurate with experience., • Casual work environment., • Paid Holiday, Vacation and Sick.
