Job Description Job Title: Shuttle Driver/Driver Department: Front Desk Supervisor: Front Office Manager/Guest Service Manager and GM Summary • Drives minibus, van, lightweight truck, or company vehicle to transport guests, clients, trainees, or company personnel safely to their desired destination within the company approved travel radius., • Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned., • Transport hotel guests safely to and from designated locations such as airports, train stations, tourist attractions, and local businesses., • Assisting guests with loading and unloading their luggage, ensuring care and courtesy., • Regularly inspect the shuttle for cleanliness, fuel levels, tire pressure, and mechanical issues., • Reporting all safety concerns to management in a timely manner., • Adhere to assigned routes and pickup/drop-off schedules to ensure timely service., • Answer guest questions about the area, offer directions, and recommend nearby attractions or restaurants., • Greet guests warmly, maintain a professional demeanor, and ensure a comfortable ride experience., • Drive responsibly, obeying all traffic regulations, and following hotel procedures for guest safety and vehicle operation., • Assist passengers with disabilities or special requests to ensure accessibility and comfort., • Log shuttle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or delays. This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations A valid driver’s license is required and clear driving record.
