Healey Chevrolet is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Special Finance Manager to lead and grow our special finance department. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in subprime lending, lender relationships, and high-volume deal structuring.The ideal candidate brings proven experience, strong compliance knowledge, and a passion for helping customers secure financing solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.Why Join W.S. Healey Chevrolet? • Established and trusted dealership in the Hudson Valley, • Supportive leadership and team-oriented culture, • Strong lender network and high inventory availability, • Opportunity for long-term growth and income potentialCompensation & Benefits, • Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission, • Health, dental, and vision insurance, • Paid time off, • 401(k) with company match, • Ongoing training and career advancement opportunitiesKey Responsibilities, • Structure and secure financing for customers with challenged or limited credit histories, • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and subprime lenders, • Review credit applications and determine appropriate lender placement, • Present financing options and aftermarket products clearly and professionally, • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership policies, • Work closely with Sales Managers and Finance team to maximize approvals and profitability, • Provide backup support to the Finance team when needed, • Maintain accurate documentation and funding processes, • Monitor contracts in transit and resolve stipulations promptly, • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering transparent communication, timely follow-up, and a smooth financing experienceQualifications, • Minimum 3 years of automotive special finance experience (required), • Demonstrated success in subprime deal structuring and funding, • Strong understanding of lender programs and stipulations, • Proven ability to maintain high closing ratios, • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, • Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS), • Compliance-driven mindset, • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience Healey Brothers Mission Statement: Utilizing cutting-edge automotive technology and training to give our customers a seamless, stress-free experience to earn their business for life.
